Un tempo dedicato agli studi scientifici, l’Istituto di Zoologia di Bordeaux è uno dei più splendidi esempi di architettura universitaria dell’inizio del XX secolo. Servita nell’insolito ristorante dell’hotel al piano terra dell’ala di Zoologia, questa colazione è a base di prodotti locali accuratamente selezionati per iniziare bene la giornata.

Il buffet varia a seconda delle stagioni e invita a scoprire la frutta fresca e i formaggi per cui la regione di Bordeaux è famosa. Breakfast at our luxury hotel in Bordeaux features fresh foods, lovingly produced in our beautiful region. Enjoy hot beverages and fruit juices, the perfect accompaniment to the selection of pastries, toast, cheeses, breads, cereals, chocolate and fresh fruit on our cold buffet. Fancy something hot or a more substantial meal? Our buffet of grilled bacon and scrambled eggs (or soft-boiled or fried eggs on request) is just what you’re looking for.

Breakfast at Hôtel La Zoologie is served from 7:00 to 10:00 a.m. on weekdays and from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m. on weekends, at a cost of 19 euros per person and 9 euros for children under 9.

If you’re in a hurry and early in the morning, you don’t have to go without a good breakfast! Our Express formula at 9 euros is served between 6.00 and 7.00 am (to be reserved the day before before by 8.00 pm). It includes a hot drink, fresh fruit juice and a pastry.

And if you prefer to take your time and enjoy your breakfast in complete privacy, our continental breakfast served in your room is sure to please.

Visiting us on the first or third Sunday of the month? Let yourself be tempted by our brunch, served indoors or on the hotel terrace. This generous, gourmet meal costs 40 euros per person between 11:30 and 14:00.
